Vikki Thompson

Vikki Thompson is a London based actor, writer, director and producer. She is an associate of Lipstick Rebel Productions - https://www.lipstickrebelproductions.com/, founded by Amy Leigh-Matthews, which produces plays and films focusing on the female perspective. Through Lipstick Rebel Productions Vikki has co-written (with Amy Leigh-Matthews), co-produced and starred in ‘Hourglass: A Suffragette’s Story’, a full-length play which premiered at the Soho Poly last year. She also wrote two short plays which featured in ‘Women Making Waves’ – an anthology of plays about women in history which debuted at Actors East in March 2023. These were: ‘Prosperina Redux’, centred on the Pre-Raphaelite muse Jane Morris (in which Vikki starred as Jane Morris), and ‘In Hitler's Bathtub’, inspired by photographer Lee Miller's life (which she directed). In addition, Vikki co-wrote a short play with Amy Leigh-Matthews – ‘The Servant Problem’, a black comedy about class difference in the suffragette movement. Vikki's short film, A Special Place, which she wrote, directed and starred in received the Indiefest Award of Merit in November 2021.
