My name is Selena. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have been a qualified yoga instructor for 4 years.

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Classical Yoga School (an RYS200 Registered Yoga School, giving its graduate yoga teachers world-wide certification), which had a strong foundational focus on Ashtanga Vinyasa, along with training in Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar and Sivananda yoga styles.

I am passionate about yoga and the many health and wellbeing benefits it provides. I am excited to bring yoga to local communities in and around Dundee.
