Unexpected Productions is Seattle’s home for improv since 1983, producing live, completely unscripted comedy at the Market Theater in Pike Place Market, right beside the Gum Wall.

We present live shows Wednesday through Sunday, including original improvised plays, comedy showcases, experimental formats, special events, and performances from local and visiting artists. Every Friday and Saturday, catch Seattle Theatresports, our signature competitive improv show and a Seattle tradition for more than 40 years.
