Tribalheart Ecstatic Dance London has been sharing the love of dancing and music since 2007! We are on a mission to help people get out of their heads, in a natural way, using the body, breath, movement and dance. We have expanded our offerings over the years and now run various monthly events, to help people connect with themselves, others and SOURCE. The modalities we use are Tantra, Active Meditation, Shamanism, Music, dancing, breathwork and bodywork. We are a growing community with LOVE and inclusivity at the core. We also run several retreats over the year, offering a space to practice and deepen the teachings together.
