Hi! I’m Amy, founder of Three Little Birds; a safe space to heal, learn and grow.

I am a professional, verified, CNHC registered Reiki Master Teacher trained in both Eastern and Western lineages. I am also a qualified Sound Practitioner and a certified Professional Life Coach.

As well as in-person Reiki workshops and courses, I host unique and powerful Reiki-infused sound baths (check them out HERE!) and offer coaching programmes to support your growth and healing. Empowering people is my passion!
