PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Reservations: All tickets must be purchased online in advance; no tickets will be sold at the door.
Credits for Missed Events: If you cannot attend, you may request a credit for a future event, provided you notify us via email before the event begins. No credits will be issued for no-shows without prior notice.
Event Cancellation Guarantee: If an event is canceled or rescheduled, you will receive a credit for the rescheduled date plus an additional ticket for yourself or a friend to a future event of equal or similar value.
