The Batesville Market

The Batesville Market features live music  on the outdoor stage in a dog-friendly, covered patio environment or inside on the magic carpet with a pub-style atmosphere and first-come seating / standing room. We have fresh, homemade food in our deli case and a selection of beverages, including wine and local beer on tap.

The Batesville Market is located at the corner of Plank Road and Craig’s Store Road in the Batesville Historic District. Constructed in the 1880s, it has served the local community as a country store for over 100 years, and has had several incarnations: originally as the Charles Joseph Store, then for three generations as the Page’s Store. More recently it has been known as the Batesville Store and the Plank Road Exchange, and is now is the Batesville Market.
