Hello beautiful soul, I am Stacey! It's so lovely to see you here.

I am a Yoga Teacher and space holder, guiding humans on a journey of healing and self-discovery through a spiritual & holistic lens.

My work resides within sharing mellow vinyasa & restorative yin yoga classes, crystal sound journey's and retreats.
