Sakeenah was founded in 2018 in response to a gap for culturally and religiously sensitive services for women and children facing domestic violence and homelessness. Over the past four years, our services have expanded to serve women, children and families facing homelessness, violence and poverty, ranging from mental health therapy to legal services to career skills training and more.
