Hello, welcome to my space:)

I have been on the path of self-discovery and existential exploration since the birth of my soul:) My life experiences have led me towards deep healing of my childhood wounds and I remain constantly curious and open about new ways of coming into balance, peace and joy.

On my spiritual journey I discovered various methods relating to mind, body & spirit however Kundalini Yoga remains the most precious healing modality in my life. Few years ago I discovered Family and Systemic Constellations method, which remains one of the important resources in my life for gaining more clarity, self-awareness and connection with myself and other people. However, I am the most passionate about IoPT (Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy) developed by Prof Dr Franz Ruppert which I found to be very effective method for healing deep wounds.

I am qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Family and Systemic Constellations facilitator and IoPT practitioner. My interests evolve around human psyche, individual and collective trauma and the world beyond the physical eyes. I am committed to serve with love and to empower people to fulfil their true potential.
