Oxford Insight Meditation
The Oxford Insight Meditation Retreats team organise a programme of day retreats led by experienced teachers that offer an opportunity to explore both sitting and movement meditation practices in a supportive environment. Retreats are suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience of meditation, unless otherwise indicated. Insight Meditation is a simple technique derived directly from the teachings of the Buddha, by practising being present in each moment, our heart and mind awakens to deep peace and clarity.
