Nyrisha A. Hall is a Licensed Professional Counselor Resident (LPC-R), Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) with over 20 years of experience in the helping professions. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling from the University at Buffalo and has dedicated her life to supporting others through their most difficult seasons.

As a former foster youth, Army veteran, cancer survivor, and proud mother of a Navy sailor, Nyrisha brings both professional expertise and lived experience into every space she facilitates. Her story is one of resilience, healing, and purpose—and it drives her mission to help others reconnect with their strength and reclaim their voice.

Nyrisha is the founder of One Good Deed Inc., a nonprofit focused on providing mental health resources, life coaching, and peer support to veterans, caregivers, and individuals navigating trauma, major life transitions, or emotional overwhelm.

She hosts virtual and in-person events that center on mental wellness, emotional healing, community empowerment, and personal development. These include:

BravoStrong Wellness Kits – Monthly care packages created for veterans, active-duty service members, and military families transitioning to civilian life. Each kit is designed to support mental health, resilience, and connection—delivered directly to your doorstep.

BravoStrong Women’s Circle – A monthly virtual gathering for women navigating life transitions, caregiving, military or foster care-related experiences, or emotional burnout. The circle provides a safe and affirming space to connect, reflect, and grow through guided discussions, shared wisdom, and community support.

Nyrisha’s events are rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and empowerment. Whether you’re seeking tools to manage stress, space to process your experiences, or simply a circle of support, her mission is to ensure that no one walks their healing journey alone.
