The NEON District is Norfolk’s first official arts district, igniting downtown with a bold mix of creativity, culture, and community. We host events that celebrate public art, performance, and local businesses, inviting all to explore a neighborhood fueled by passion, imagination, and the New Energy Of Norfolk.
