Nashmil Mobasseri
I am a Product Designer, an accessibility advocate, mentor, and speaker, currently serve as the European Continent Manager at the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF).
Design for me, is not only about users but also about the whole systems they interact with. I’m passionate about designing for humans within systems, creating accessible, inclusive, and thoughtful experiences that work across digital and social environments. I believe good design doesn’t just solve problems; it shapes the way people live, connect, and move through the world.
Alongside design, I’m deeply committed to leadership and mentorship, helping others grow, building inclusive communities, and sharing knowledge to make design a force for positive change. I’m always growing as a designer, curious about new ideas, emerging technologies, and better ways to create more meaningful experiences.
Outside of the digital world, you’ll find me travelling, working with clay or chasing light through a camera lens. Pottery, photography and exploring new places keep me grounded in creativity, materiality, and storytelling, and they deeply influence how I approach design.
Through the events I host, I aim to bring designers together to learn, share, and grow. I organize talks, expert panels, and community meetups , sometimes inviting guest speakers, and sometimes leading sessions myself , all focused on creating products that improve user experiences.
My mission is to build a welcoming, knowledge-sharing community where designers at all levels can connect, exchange ideas, and help shape the future of design.
Always open to new conversations, collaborations, and ideas!
