Micheal has extensive experience in Good Governance, leading multidisciplinary teams for some of Australia’s most successful and sustainable companies.

Micheal is currently a member and Chair of the Board at East Coast Apprenticeships, a NFP support training and skills.

With experience across a range of industries, including Finance, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Defence, Aged Care, Education and Supply Chain, Micheal has led teams responsible for planning and risk management, business continuity, and governance across Australia, the Asia Pacific region and Internationally.

Micheal is an experienced facilitator and trainer, currently assisting organisations including:

• PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) with audit, management systems, governance and risk training;
• The Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) with Safety Governance, Risk and Business Continuity Training; and
• Leading Aged Services Australia (LASA) with Safety Governance Training.

Micheal is:

• a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD),
• a Certified Chair with the Advisory Board Centre (ABC), and
• a Certified Lead Auditor in safety, environmental and quality systems.
• a certified auditor of ISO management standards 45001, 14001, 9001.
