I had a steep career in the Corporate world myself, where I successfully changed jobs because of unhealthy working conditions and narcistic bosses, led a team myself, hired new talent to the company, experienced a lay-off and finally founded my own business to advocate employees to break free from bad working environments and get into a fulfilling position.
