As aspiring creator of organic and original thought, delivered through poetry fused with tasty vegan food and signature sweet treat JARI!

Born in Newham General Hospital, Stratford London in 1969, I’m a grandchild of Windrush Giants who preceded me and only daughter to a maternal Trinidadian and paternal Jamaican.

I have come full circle - living in Trinidad during my childhood for sixteen years and after returning to the UK in 1989, then - settled in Northampton in 1996.

I aim to tickle your tastebuds with tantalising vegan flavours and nourish your mind with authentic vocal expressions through my original written pieces!
