The Intrinsic Art Therapy Studio is a workspace in downtown Vancouver created by clinical counsellor + art therapist Elspeth Robertson. Elspeth focuses on embracing presence over perfection and works with art to inspire authentic + intentional living. Creating art with others in a group format can be a significant act of self-care which allows for dedicated time for creative rest and reflection.
