Sister Afsha (Umm Idrees) is a leader, a wife to a gem, and a proud mother of two boys, founders of "Trailblazers Youth Club" she leads by example and "walks the talk". She’s the visionary behind High Ticket Ladies (HTL), a platform created to empower her amazing sisters, helping them fix each other’s crowns while building a life of purpose and financial freedom, whilst creating lasting Impact and bridging communities beyond imagination, Insha'Allah.
Through her hands-on workshops, masterclasses and events, she equips sisters to go from idea to launch within moments, going onto create high-ticket offers and resolve bottlenecks without the overwhelm of figuring it out alone. Her "Do It Now" mindset inspires action, while her trainings blend with faith beautifully. She empowers sisters to become true queens in their homes, creating thriving kingdoms and legacies so impactful that future generations will enhance them even further.
But Sister Afsha didn’t stop there. She noticed her sisters needed more than inspiration—they needed socials that connect, websites that speak volumes, funnels and strategies that scale. To meet these needs, she launched a marketing agency, offering an end-to-end solution so her sisters can thrive with ease. All while staying true to their purpose-driven lives.
She took it a step further and launched "Elevate Your Success Masterclasses" for mosques, charities, event organisers, employers, volunteers and more. Finding peace in serving others, she is on a mission to bridge communities in a way no one has before, empowering individuals, strengthening connections, and creating lasting impact. Through these masterclasses, she equips women with the confidence, leadership skills, and purpose-driven mindset needed to serve with excellence and transform the spaces they step into.
