Dr. Debbie Roche, DC, MS

Dr. Debbie Roche is a board-certified chiropractor, functional medicine/holistic nutrition practitioner, and life coach. She has great passion for teaching people how to live more vibrant and empowered lives through brain wellness, chiropractic medicine, natural medicine, cellular nutrition, muscle testing, and energy medicine. Dr. Debbie is also board-certified to practice acupuncture

In addition to her chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences, Dr. Debbie has a master's degree in human nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and three undergraduate degrees from Eckerd College in biochemistry, psychology, and health promotion

Dr. Debbie has recently published a health-empowerment book focused on emotional healing and brain wellness called The Joy Matrix. She is also a very proud survivor and thriver within the “Me Too” community and is a leader in the 12 Step Recovery Community and the LGBT community of Tampa Bay.

Her healing philosophy combines scientifically research-based principles in physical medicine, cellular nutrition, functional neurology, chiropractic medicine, and energy medicine with metaphysical tools, and personal empowerment psychology, for optimal healing and transformation.

Dr. Debbie is a spiritual teacher that has a great love of metaphysics and the intuitive arts. She has spent the last 25 years reading, studying, and practicing the spiritual principles of New Thought and Unity. She has found great success personally and professionally with a mind, body, spirit approach to healing.

Dr. Debbie Roche has a YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Channel focused on natural healing, functional medicine, and personal empowerment. She is also CEO of Vibrant You Wellness (www.vibrantyouwellness.com) and is extremely committed to natural healing and metaphysical education for personal alignment and optimal living. She is currently working on establishing a nonprofit to serve her community with natural healing.
