CoThinkk is a social change philanthropy organization, led by BIPOC leaders, committed to investing our time, talent and treasure to accelerate systemic change and shift the narrative of communities of color in Asheville and Western North Carolina through systems change, strategic investments, discourse, healing, and networks that share, build, wield power collectively. At the core of our work, we focus on systems change work, shifting mental models, and acting as a positive disruptor as a means to shore up BIPOC leaders to be bold and support communities of color to innovate and interrupt systems at multiple levels to facilitate change.
