Clerkenwell Showrooms what is it all about?

Clerkenwell Showrooms (CS) is a non-profit organisation that promotes events and activities in the Clerkenwell district throughout the year.

Founded by Jeremy Lee a local showroom owner.

”I’ve spent most of my life working in the design sector in the Clerkenwell District. The CS community is a vibrant , creative and motivated group that is focused on making Clerkenwell more social and the contract design hub we all know it can be”.

A Truly Unique Design District

Clerkenwell has the highest concentration of showrooms, creative businesses, and architects per square mile than anywhere in Europe.

Now established as the UK’s most important design district.

Showing the latest in interior and exterior furnishings, lighting, ceramics, fabrics, and flooring, Clerkenwell’s showrooms have everything buyers need. And even though virtual experiences are now possible it is the direct connection with materials, brands, and people that matter most.

Culture, location and historic monuments such as St John Gate, the Priory and Smithfield, its old streets and the famous Exmouth market. A choice of some of the finest pubs and restaurants in London. Clerkenwell is a special place to visit located between the City and West End.

Clerkenwell Showrooms introduced a new colour - Signal Yellow. Used on Window Stickers and Flags featuring the iconic St Johns Gate.
