About Me and Magical Connection

Magical Connection was born from the belief that we’re not meant to do life alone. When we gather with intention and presence, something powerful unfolds.

This project grew from my personal journey, from the support I received when others saw my magic and helped me shine. It’s more than a business; it’s a soul-aligned space for meaningful connection and transformation.

During the 2020 lockdown, I immersed myself in learning, community-building, and holistic tools. As my yoga teaching naturally slowed, I leaned into the online space, refining my vision over the following years.

In 2024, holding space at The Cuckoo's Nest in North London grounded this work further. When that chapter closed, Magical Connection emerged with even deeper clarity and purpose.

Now, with 25+ years of experience and ongoing psychotherapy training, I bring lived transformation into everything I offer. Every teacher who joins us is encouraged to engage creatively and authentically, with integrity, transparency, and fair pay always at the core.

My role is to open the door. How you step through it is entirely your own.
