✨ About 12 years ago, following a diagnosis of fibromyalgia at the onset of perimenopause, I made a fully intentional and life-changing decision to prioritise inner health and give my body the tools and space to heal on a cellular level.
✨ This transformative journey continues today as I explore the complex and unpredictable world of menopause.
