Cassandra “D.I.V.A. of Dialog™” Lee

Hey there, I’m Cassandra “D.I.V.A. of Dialog™” Lee. Educator and creator of Westside Preparatory School, Marva Collins, had a belief which encompasses who I am and symbolizes the trajectory of my life. Marva Collins believed that when you can make children love school and love learning, they become lifters, not leaners in this world. That’s me! I’ve been a lover of school and learning since the age of 6 when I discovered notebook paper. I had a high school teacher who once complimented me on my ability to take information in so I could give information out to help my classmates. Even now, as I share with you Marva’s belief of being "a lifter, not a leaner," I feel blessed that I’ve been able to create my career following this philosophy. Currently, I support professionals who want to advance in their career, and I see education and empowerment as the vehicle for advancement. Whether I teach professional development seminars, facilitate career clarity calls, or publish career advancement books, I continuously learn and share what I learn so I can lift up others.
