Caitlyn Cook
Caitlyn Cook is a South African-New Zealand multidisciplinary artist, international mindful sexuality coach, shamanic practitioner, writer and speaker. Caitlyn’s work centres embodiedness and explores themes of freedom, authenticity, intimacy, desire, trust, affect, vulnerability, power, enchantment and spirituality.
Caitlyn suffered from clinical depression, anxiety, and disordered eating for most of her twenties. Her explorations in perofrmance art, Tantra, shamanism and sexual alchemy, acting, psychodrama, mindfulness, the senses, movement have unlocked healing and continue to create more possibility in her life. She now shares this work in multidiscplinary group and 1:1 experiences.
Caitlyn has a playful, no BS, and accessible way of teaching embodiment, mindful sexuality and spiritual/personal development. She celebrates the power of the body and vulnerability and sees this as the place for healing, connection, and empowered living.
