Accelerating Urban Solutions for a Sustainable Future

The BCIURS (Built Environment Challenges and Urban Regeneration Solutions) community is organized by Marko and Mediera, in partnership with TSD Ventures and Two Blur Guys. We are part of the larger SCII.one network, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) and hub dedicated to projects of regional development. Our vision is to build future-ready townships across Southeast Asia, with a focus on creating "net-positive impact" environments. Through ventures in 14 key verticals, we aim to integrate blockchain technology, renewable energy, and circular economy principles to empower "neti-citizens" to co-own and manage their sustainable habitats.
