Andre Berry’s wellbeing journey began with the pressures of corporate life and personal grief, leading him to discover Transcendental Meditation (TM). The immediate reduction in anxiety and newfound resilience inspired him to immerse himself in the Vedic tradition, eventually becoming a highly sought-after Independent Teacher of TM, Wellbeing Consultant, Mindfulness Teacher, and Yoga Teacher after 16 years.
In addition to his meditation teachings, Andre has developed specialized nighttime techniques designed to encourage deep, restorative sleep. These methods help individuals let go of stress and enter a state of deep relaxation, making sleep more restful and beneficial.
