Alyce Katsanos is the founder of Reveal Performance, a leadership and empowerment coaching practice created to help women reclaim their power, identity, and voice — especially when life and their bodies don’t play by the rules.

Alyce is a chronic illness warrior, living with lipoedema, and spent over a decade navigating and successfully climbing the corporate ladder in predominantly male-dominated industries. For years, she led from behind a mask — trying to be unbreakable, unshakeable, and “strong enough” to excel.

Everything changed when she stopped hiding. When Alyce began leading as her true self — illness, vulnerability, and all — she became more successful, more influential, and more aligned than ever before.

Alyce founded Reveal Performance to create a safe, unapologetic space for women to unmask, cultivate self-love, and reveal who they truly are — without shame or compromise.
