Evolve & Flourish was founded on the mission to normalise conversations about death and dying, and to help build the confidence and skills of communities to support those around them who are approaching end of life, are caregivers or those who are coping with grief and loss. Evolve & Flourish organise and support community based events that encourage conversations about end of life planning and work alongside organisations to develop grass root levels of support, reducing reliance upon statutory services and developing compassionate communities.
