The Wild Pause Limited
Linda Prigarska is a certified Forest Bathing guide and founder of The Wild Pause, creating slow, immersive nature-based experiences that help people step out of the pace of everyday life, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with nature and themselves.
Her relationship with nature began in childhood, growing up in the Latvian countryside, where forests, meadows and outdoor life were part of everyday living. After moving to London and building a career in the corporate world, she came to understand first-hand how easily modern life can disconnect us from our bodies, senses and the natural world.
Linda trained with The Forest Bathing Institute in the UK and later with INFOM in Japan, where she was certified in shinrin-yoku by Dr Qing Li, one of the world’s leading researchers in forest medicine.
Through The Wild Pause, Linda guides forest bathing, sensory nature connection, meditation, reflection, gentle sound and tea rituals. Her sessions are spacious, unhurried and grounding, with nothing to achieve and nowhere to get to - simply an invitation to slow down, notice more, and experience what becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to pause.
Her work is especially suited to busy minds, people moving through stress or transition, and anyone longing for a more meaningful relationship with nature.
