An Approved IRS 501C(3) Women’s Empowerment Organization
The Enhancement Foundation, Inc., is a nonprofit corporation operated exclusively for charitable, inspirational, educational, and scientific purposes as approved by the IRS as an exempt organization from federal income tax under US Department of Treasury’s Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 50l(c) (3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to the Enhancement Foundation under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. A copy of our organization's exemption letter can be provided to resolve any questions on our exempt status upon request.
Organizations exempt under IRC Section 50l(c) (3) are further classified as either public charities or private foundations. The IRS has determined that the Enhancement Foundation is a private foundation within the meaning of Section 509{a).The Enhancement Foundation is now registered with the System for Award Management, Grants.gov, the Defense Logistics Agency, Duns & Bradstreet and the US Department of Agriculture for further exemption purposes.
The Enhancement Foundation, Inc., was established in 2007 and incorporated in 2012 by its' Founding CEO/Executive Director Ms. Brenda Campbell to support the quality of lives, value and contributions of women in every aspect of their daily living. However, planning and full operations began in third quarter of 2017. However, planning and seeking funding to begin full operations was initiated in the third and fourth quarter of 2017.
Our Vision
The vision of the Enhancement Foundation Inc’s organization is to proactively serve as a catalyst for change for the lives of all women including: the disadvantaged, victimized, underprivileged, and underserved where we will empower and educate women to leave positive legacies not only for their future and the future and legacy of their children.
Our Mission:
The mission of the Enhancement Foundation, Inc., is to enhance and empower the abilities of all women to effectively plan for their personal health, social, professional growth and development, by training and leading them toward a quality lifestyle, which will contribute, to positive legacies for the future of all women and their up and coming generation of children.
In an effort to propel this mission, we send volunteer ambassadors out to raise social consciousness and awareness about
(1) how our plans involve conducting monthly and yearly activities to include: specialized nutritional and health training, inspirational professional development training, workshops, conferences, auctions, and special annual theme events each year. and;
(2) our program engages in resources, training and solicit participation of all women so they may mitigate and avoid any crisis or risk they may encounter which may take them off their personal focus, plan and goals;
(3) We also investigate through various research data gathering mechanisms on how we can further justify to help support the need to end a specific epidemic or other concerns
(4) As a result we are able to establish unique public-private partnerships and interagency agreements to help us facilitate the necessary funding measures for the intended women in need.
About Founding Executive Director
Brenda A. Campbell is the Founder, CEO, and Executive Director of the Enhancement Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to women's empowerment. She has been volunteering in this role since 2012. With a background as an experienced executive senior manager, senior management consultant, and nationally recognized senior trainer, Ms. Campbell has a wealth of experience in empowering women of all walks of life for over 39 years as a senior management consultant.
Since the start of company in1985 on into its incorporation of1991, Ms. Campbell along with her team of professionals has trained over 50,000 small businesses for the Small Business Administration across all 50 states nationally, showcasing her expertise in business development and management consulting services for over 64,000 federal government employees and the government's leadership.
She has also presented at prestigious events such as the National Veterans Conference, the Arlington National Memorial Cemetery Veteran Women’s Conference, and for the National Veterans Employee Coordinators, demonstrating her commitment to supporting and empowering women in various capacities.
Throughout her 34-year career at USSMC, Ms. Campbell has dedicated herself to creating legacies for the next generation of women, emphasizing the importance of empowerment and education for women's success and well-being. Her leadership and dedication to women's empowerment have had a significant impact on the lives of many individuals and communities.
