San Diego Science and Nature Group
The San Diego Science and Nature Group strives to bring together professionals in the science community who share a passion for nature. The SDSNG organizes monthly hikes, beach clean ups, and other scientific experiences with an emphasis on providing events that are accessible to as many as possible. The group focuses on recruiting members of the professional science community here in San Diego. Please join us on the second Saturday of each month to meet other like-minded individuals and appreciate the natural beauty of San Diego.
Alexandra Harris is the founder of the San Diego Science and Networking Group. She has worked in the biotechnology industry as an analytical chemist, quality assurance chemist, field application scientist and consultant. She now serves as an account manager for Advion Interchim Scientific, connecting medicinal chemists with chromatography and mass spectrometry solutions for drug discovery.
