Who ratings are available to

Ratings are available to organizers hosting events in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

An event must be public and have paid tickets to receive ratings.

Attendees can only rate an event once. To provide a rating, they must purchase a valid, paid ticket and confirm their attendance.

How ratings are collected

After your event ends, Eventbrite automatically emails your attendees to collect their feedback. They are asked to rate their experience and the price value of your event from 1 to 5 stars.

Attendees can also choose qualities to describe what was good or needed improvement. Qualities can vary based on event category but may include venue, atmosphere, vibe, event flow, and performers, speakers, hosts, or featured guests as applicable.

Where ratings are displayed

If ratings are available for your event, you can check them:

  • Under Home in your Eventbrite account - Shows your overall rating.
