Change your Eventbrite account email address
To change your Eventbrite account email address, log in on your web browser and go to Account Settings. Click “Change” under your current email address. Then enter your password and click “Save”. You can only change the account email address to an email that isn't associated with an existing Eventbrite account. If you are trying to transfer ownership of your account to someone else, visit this article instead.

1. Go to your Account Settings.
Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then go to Account Settings.
NOTE: You can't change your account email in the Eventbrite app. To change your email, log in using your web browser.
2. Change the email address on the main Eventbrite account.
Click “Change” below your current email address. Then enter the new email address, and your Eventbrite password.
3. Save your changes.
After choosing "Save," you'll see a success message indicating that the email address on the account has been updated. You’ll also receive an email from noreply@event.eventbrite.com confirming the change.
