Checkout on Eventbrite
To register for an event on Eventbrite, go to the event listing and choose the tickets you want. Then go to checkout and fill out your order information. Once your order completes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If any additional information is needed, it will be asked when you complete the checkout process.

Troubleshooting problems checking out
1. Go to the event listing.
You can find events by searching on Eventbrite.com or using the Eventbrite app. On the event page, you'll find all the event details, including the location, date, time, and description.
2. Go to the checkout and select tickets.
Each event has a button that lets you choose your tickets. This button varies based on the event, but might say:
Get tickets
Register now
Check out
Reserve a spot
If the event is Sold out or Unavailable, you won't be able to register at this time. Review the event listing or contact the organizer if you'd like to check if tickets will be available in the future.
After you've selected your tickets, select Check out.
3. Fill out your registration information.
Every order requires the name and email address of the buyer. If any additional information is needed, it will be requested when you complete checkout.
If your order requires payment, choose your method of payment.
If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card, enter your card details. You can also use a saved card from a previous purchase on Eventbrite.
Depending on your location, you might be eligible to pay in installments. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to create one when selecting this option.
Some events offer offline payments options, like check or cash at the event. Contact the organizer if you have questions about these payment methods.
4. Select "Check out" to complete your registration.
After completing your order, you'll be taken to a confirmation page.
If you choose to pay with another payment platform, like PayPal or AfterPay, you'll be redirected to that site to enter your payment information. After you enter your payment information, you'll be sent to the order confirmation page on Eventbrite.
5. Access your tickets.
Select Take me to my tickets to access your tickets. You can also go to Tickets in your Eventbrite account.
A confirmation email with a receipt of your purchase and a link to access your tickets will be sent to you as well.
