View, search, and manage orders across all events

View and manage orders from all your events under “Orders” in your account. Go to “Manage events” and select “Orders”. Find the order you want to view and select the order ID number to review the order, edit details, resend the confirmation email, and more.

In this article

  • 1. Go to Manage my Events.
  • 2. Go to your Orders workspace.
  • 3. Search through your orders.
  • 4. Click the order number to view and manage the order.
  • 5. View and manage the attendees on the order.

1. Go to Manage my Events.

Log in to your Eventbrite account and select Manage my events from your account menu.

2. Go to your Orders workspace.

From the left navigation menu, select the Orders icon.

3. Search through your orders.

Use the search bar to search by order number, email, or name on the order. Use “Search by” to change between searching by “buyer” or “attendees”. The buyer is the person who bought the tickets. The attendee is the person going to your event.

4. Click the order number to view and manage the order.

From here:

  • Print the order, resend the confirmation email, or refund the order.

  • Click “Add order note” to add a note on the order. Your attendees won’t be able to see this note, but you’ll see it here and when you scan in their tickets.

  • Click “Full order details” to see the information on the order, including answers to custom questions from the buyer.

5. View and manage the attendees on the order.

In the “Attendees” section, view and manage the attendees on this order. If this is a large order, use the search bar to search by name, ticket type, ticket status, and more. Then, click the three-dot icon to:

  • View the attendee details, including answers to any custom questions.

  • Edit the attendee details.

  • Click “Add order note” to add a note on the attendee. Your attendees won’t be able to see this note, but you’ll see it here and when you scan in their ticket. Transfer the attendee to a different ticket type or event.
