Logging in with multi-factor authentication
To log in to Eventbrite, go to Eventbrite.com and select Log In. Then enter your email and select Continue to enter your password and complete the login process. If you’re prompted to enter a one-time passcode, check your email for a code from Eventbrite. After entering the code, you can enroll in multi-factor authentication to add additional security to your account.

Enabling multi-factor authentication
If you’re an event organizer, you can enroll in multi-factor authentication (MFA) using an authenticator app. Authenticator apps help keep your data secure by preventing unauthorized users from accessing your account. MFA can be set up during login or within your account settings.
To get started, download an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, from the App Store or Google Play . You might need to create an account with the app you choose.
Enable biometrics for faster sign-in
Once you've set up multi-factor authentication and copied your recovery code, you'll be given the option to enable biometrics for faster sign-in. This means if you’re using a compatible device, you can enable Touch ID or face recognition to help quickly verify your identity during authentication. Choose Remind me later or Not on this device if you don't want to log in with biometrics. Otherwise:
Select Continue to register your device.
Confirm your registration and save your device.
Select Continue.
Log in using multi-factor authentication
Go to log in .
Enter your email and password.
Choose Google Authenticator or similar, or Recovery code to verify your identity.
Google Authenticator or similar: Enter the code provided by your authenticator app. Then select Continue.
Recovery code: Enter the recovery code provided by Eventbrite when you enabled multi-factor authentication for your account. Each time a recovery code is used, a new one will be generated and provided to you at that time.
Select Continue.
