Charlotte Nude Yoga+

Charlotte Nude Yoga+(CNY+) offers clothing-optional social and recreational activities in a body-positive and judgement free environment. The flagship class, Charlotte Nude Yoga, takes place on the 2nd & 4th Friday of each month at The Big Love Yoga Barn in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. We are a welcoming community, accepting of all people regardless of gender, body type or identity. New, non-yoga, classes and events are being added, so check back regularly to see updated event offerings.Charlotte Nude Yoga was born from the Carolinas Young Naturist Association (CYNA) a group dedicated to providing a safe space for young people to practice naturism and build community around naturism. Our guiding principles at Charlotte Nude Yoga and CYNA are the same; however one major difference between the two groups are age restrictions. CNY+ events do not have a maximum age and all participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate. CYNA Membership is restricted to ages 18-45 and does offer some family-friendly events.
