40 Anniversary Season (2023-2024)

Inaugurated in 1983, the Civic Orchestra of Victoria is a not-for-profit volunteer organization dedicated to providing accessible concerts to the Greater Victoria community, as well as an opportunity for musicians of varying ages and abilities to perform a wide repertoire of orchestral music. The orchestra also serves as a platform for aspiring soloists and directors, as well as choral groups, both as a learning experience and for the enjoyment of its members.Orchestra members arecomprised of current and retired music professionals, talented young people, and community members who enjoy playing together.
