Expert cheese selection is paramount, and owner Mike Keuler and his team of cheesy experts select their favorite cheese from artisans around the world. All of So Damn Gouda selections include approachable cheese such as Talleggio and Gouda, but the store also offers cheeses like Bayley Hazen and Vacherin for the more developed palate. While the So Damn Gouda team is clearly crazy about cheese, they take the same care when selecting their cured meats, specialty dried fruits, pickles, olives, crackers, and cured meats. Plus, the signature fig and red wine reduction jam, crostini, and cheese balls are all created in-house.
