Gently Flourish hosts intentional offerings of nature connection to enhance mindfulness and wellbeing.

Our forest bathing gatherings are designed to inspire you to immerse yourself in the natural world and return to the roots of Nature with gentle healing practices held in local natural areas, or virtually across the country. See the natural world with a new perspective and a deeper appreciation.

Our creative gatherings and moon rituals are slow-crafted workshops meant to enhance mindfulness, inspire intuition, and bring your awareness to the present.

Our founder, Kelsey, is a certified Forest Therapy Guide in the practice of Shinrin-Yoku. Her training includes special knowledge in guiding people of all ages in outdoor experiences both as an educator and a mindful practitioner. She is also a Second Degree Reiki Practitioner, and Herbalist.
