What's changing with multi-user access?

You can find multi-user access under Team Management in your Eventbrite account. Accounts that had sub-users before this change can find their sub-users by going to Team Management and selecting the roles labeled “Legacy Role”.

In this article

  • Accounts with no sub-users
  • Accounts with existing sub-users

Accounts with no sub-users

If you need help managing your events, custom roles like “Marketing” or “Reporting” can be created for other users.

  1. Go to Organization Settings

  2. Select Team Management.

  3. Select Roles.

  4. Select Create new role.

Accounts with existing sub-users

If your account had sub-users before this change was made, they are now assigned to roles labeled “Legacy Role” by default with their same permissions. Legacy roles can’t be edited, but they can be deleted as long as there aren’t any users assigned to them.

If you need to change the permissions for a user assigned to a Legacy role, create a new role with the desired permissions. Then assign the user to the new role you created, and delete the Legacy role.
