How to stop receiving copies of order confirmation emails
Organizers can turn off the option to receive copies of order confirmation emails for completed attendee orders to events. To do this, uncheck "Order confirmations from my attendees" in the Email Preferences section of your Eventbrite account.

- 3. Update your selections.
- 4. Click "Save Preferences".

Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then go to Account Settings.
2. Go to Email Preferences.
3. Update your selections.
Uncheck the box next to "Order confirmations from my attendees" (under Organizing Events > Notifications).
4. Click "Save Preferences".
If you change your mind in the future, you can always re-select this option.
