From the left navigation menu, select the Marketing icon.

3. Click “Email campaigns”.

5. Click “New list”.

If you already have a CSV file, you can instead click Import a list. Then, name your list and select your file to create a subscriber list.

6. Name your list. Then, click "Continue".

7. Click “Manage Subscribers”.

8. Add email addresses and names to your subscriber list.

There are 3 ways to add recipients to your subscriber list:

  • Import attendees from past events — Select each event you want to add to your subscriber list. Attendees will only be added once even if they attended multiple events. This option isn't available for Eventbrite Music.

  • Upload CSV — Click Upload CSV and choose your CSV file.

  • Manually Add Subscriber — Type in the email address, first name, and last name. Then click Add Subscriber. Repeat as needed.

When you upload a CSV file, make sure that only email addresses are in column A, first names are in column B, and last names are in column C. You can also export your subscriber list by clicking Download CSV (under Export subscribers).

NOTE: For compliance requirements, you are not able to import attendees from events based in Australia, Canada, or Germany.

9. Optional: Edit your subscriber list.

To delete a subscriber, click the three-dot icon next to their name. Then click Delete. You can't update an existing subscriber's information, but you can delete and re-add them.

10. Optional: Review auto-generated lists.

The following subscriber lists are created automatically.

  • All Subscribers — All recipients across your subscriber lists

  • Unsubscribed Users — Recipients who received an email from you and selected "Unsubscribe"

  • Purchasers — Attendees who opted into your marketing during checkout on your events
