Claim tickets that someone else ordered for you

If someone ordered a ticket for you, claim it by clicking "Claim Your Order" in the email you received from Eventbrite. You'll be taken to Eventbrite to log in or set a password. Once claimed, you can access your ticket any time online in your Eventbrite account (under “Tickets”) or in the Eventbrite app.

1. Select "Claim Your Order" in the email you received from Eventbrite.

Check your email for a message from noreply@order.eventbrite.com. Then open the email and click “Claim your order”. You’ll be taken to Eventbrite to login or set a password.

2. Log in or sign up for your free Eventbrite account.

If you already have an Eventbrite account under the email address used for the order, log in. If you don’t already have an account, one will be created under the email address used for the order. You’ll need to set a password to claim your ticket(s). Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and are case sensitive.

To learn more about how we protect your data, check out our Security & Safety Guide and Privacy Policy.

3. Access your ticket online or in the Eventbrite app.

Once you're logged in to your Eventbrite account, you’ll be taken to your Tickets. Keep in mind that some organizers choose to disable PDF tickets, so you may not see a link to view or print your tickets if that’s the case.

If you want to update the information entered on your registration, reach out to the person who placed the order. You can also contact the event organizer to request the changes you need.
