  • A Boca printer (available from Eventbrite's retail partner)

  • Ticket stock measuring 2.5" wide and 6" long

  • A wireless router connected to the internet

  • An ethernet cable

2. Connect the printer to a router.

Use the ethernet cable to connect your printer to your router.

3. Turn on the printer.

Plug the printer in and turn the power switch to the "on" position.

4. Load the ticket stock.

Feed the ticket stock into the back of the printer until it catches and feeds through. The ticket stock should be facing up with the stub end going first.

5. Print a Boca test ticket.

Press the "Test" button on the side of the Boca printer to print a test ticket. The test ticket will have "IP ADD" followed by the IP address of the Boca printer.

NOTE: If the IP address is all 0’s, the Boca printer is not properly connected. Try restarting the printer and waiting a few minutes before printing a new test ticket.
