Organizing an event

View your Box Office summary

The Box Office Summary shows an overview of ticket sales processed at the door using the Eventbrite Organizer app. Use this report to review net sales for tickets & add-ons sold across one or multiple devices. To get started, go to Reporting in your event and select Event Reports. Then choose Box Office Summary. To view this report for multiple events, go to Reporting in your organization settings.

  • 1. Go to your event dashboard.
  • 2. Select “Reporting”.
  • 3. Select “Event reports”.
  • 4. Choose "Box Office Summary".
  • 5. Add filters to your report.
  • 6. Export your report.

NOTE: Access to the Box Office Summary requires permission to view “Advanced reports”. If you’re not the account owner, contact them to check if you have this permission.

1. Go to your event dashboard.

Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Manage my events from your account menu. Then select your event.

2. Select “Reporting”.

3. Select “Event reports”.

4. Choose "Box Office Summary".

5. Add filters to your report.

Select the “filters” icon next to the search field. Then select “Add filter”. You can add:

  • Event status - shows whether the event is live or completed.

  • Event date/time - shows the date & time of the event.

  • Transaction date/time - shows the date & time the registration was processed.

  • Payment type - shows how the payment was made (credit/debit, cash).

  • Venue name - shows the event location.

  • Device name - shows the name of the device the tickets were registered through.

  • Currency - shows the currency in which the attendee paid.

6. Export your report.

Select “Export” to download your report data in one of the following formats:

  • CSV

  • XML
