Order statuses

  • Abandoned - The attendee started but did not complete their order. If the attendee was logged in to their Eventbrite account when they started the order, they’ll receive an email.

  • Completed - The attendee completed a paid order to your event.

  • Deleted - A free or manual order was deleted. Attendees will not receive an email that their order has been deleted.

  • Manual - The order was completed using the Add Attendees feature on the attendee’s behalf. No funds were collected and standard fees do not apply.

  • Offline - The attendee chose one of the offline payment methods you enabled to complete their order (pay by check, pay at the door, or pay by invoice). No funds have been collected but the Eventbrite service fee does apply.

  • Partially Refunded - A portion of the attendee's order was refunded.

  • Partially Transferred - A portion of the attendee's order was transferred to another ticket type or event.

  • Pending - This is for attendee-deferred payment types that remain pending before being paid and settled (Boleto Bancario in Brazil; Rapipago or Pagofácil in Argentina).

  • Refunded/Canceled - The full paid order was refunded to the attendee or the free order was canceled. Attendees will receive an email that their order has been refunded or canceled.

  • Transferred - The attendee's entire order was transferred to another ticket type or event.

  • Unpaid - This is for attendee-deferred payment types that remain pending state before being paid and settled (Boleto Bancario in Brazil; Rapipago or Pagofácil in Argentina).

NOTE: You’ll find these statuses in the Orders report.

  • Not Attending (Refunded/Canceled) - The attendee’s order was refunded, canceled or deleted.
