  • Add attendees manually.
  • Update your seating map

View your reserved seating dashboard

1. Go to your Event Dashboard.

Go to "Manage events" in your account. Then select your event.

2. Go to “Reserved seating dashboard” (under “Order options”).

If you do not see this option, make sure the admin on your account has given you permission to:

  • Edit Event Details

  • Add attendees

  • Manage orders, refunds, transfers, and attendees

  • View aggregate financial data

3. View your seating map.

See which seats are sold, held, or available.

4. Print your seating map.

Select “Print” for a printer-friendly version of your seating map.

Manage existing orders.

1. From your reserved seating dashboard, click on a grayed out seat.

If you see “Order pending”, a buyer started an order but has not completed it. If the buyer doesn’t complete the order, that seat will become available again.

2. Select “Manage order”.

Selecting “Manage order” will take you to “Orders”. From there:

Add attendees manually.

1. Go to “Reserved seating dashboard” (under “Order options”).

2. Select the seats you want to add to a manual order.

Click on the seats you want to add to an order. Select entire sections, rows, and tables by clicking their label. To select multiple seats and sections, hold "Shift" on your keyboard. Then click and drag your mouse.

3. Click “Add”, then “Checkout”.

4. Choose the payment method.

To add attendees as free orders, select “Complimentary” or “No payment necessary”. To add attendees as paid orders, select the payment method and enter the amount paid. This will show in your net sales but will not affect your payout or fees. You're responsible for collecting the funds outside of Eventbrite.

5. Complete the order.

Enter the buyer’s information, and choose to send them a confirmation email or not. Then click “Register” to complete the order.

Update your seating map

Even while your event is published, you can add new sections to your seating map or change existing sections. Sections without any sold tickets can be edited, moved, or even deleted.

For sections with sold tickets, you can:

  • Move the section to a different location.

  • Adjust section capacity (general admission sections only).

  • Delete and edit individual unsold seats.

  • Change the ticket tier assignments (table and assigned seating sections only).

If you need to make further changes to a section with sold tickets, refund the orders or transfer them to another section before making changes. Learn more about setting up your seating map.
